Another super walkthrough Daniel, Is there potential for the Random Number generator to pick No 27 again and then that ID not be available because 27 has previously been generated and that set to Yes?

Thanks Jamie! I'll be honest, there is a slight potential. I've do all my raffle ticket drawings at one time and never had this problem though.

Excellent. I have one question though. If ID 24, for example, has already won and the total number of records that have not yet won is 40, isn't it possible that the random number generated could be 24?

Very much possible. Hence I first recommend that after all the testing is done, create a fresh SharePoint list to make sure you have all the item IDs. Second, add an action or a step that if item ID for that random number is blank then run the rand action again.

I think an option would be getting the winner directly from the GetItems array, it's already filtered and the random value won't exceed this array's size
