Auto spin

Auto spin is the first fully automated piecing robot for ring spinning machines. One robot per machine side eliminates ends down that occur while the machine is running or during doffing. It can be installed on both new and existing machines.
The robot travels directly to the affected spin- ning position and repairs the ends down in
the shortest time possible. As a result, the complete piecing cycle runs fully automatically from finding the yarn on the cops to threading the traveller and placing the yarn behind the delivery roller. The robot receives the information about the position of the relevant ends down from the individual spindle monitoring System. Fazer emendas de fio por cima do trem de estiragem provoca ponto grosso no fio e consequentemente aumenta o número de corte no "USTER" e isso diminui a eficiência da máquina. Sem falar na qualidade do produto final.
