it puts things into perspective when you see big pickup trucks someplace else and people think thats unusual when you live in the US and see dozens of these during your daily commute. We really do have a different way with our vehicles

+DC Steve For those curious Most of these American Trucks on the Nürburgring have the license plate "BIT" which is for Bitburg, a major US Military Presence is there, so most of these Drivers are actually Americans with their American Trucks in Germany. The same is true for some other license Plates that are from Cities/Towns near or next to a US Army Base.

@@dcsteve7869 Another one i just remembered is License Plates starting with "KL" - that's for Kaiserslautern. I see that a lot when i drive from Frankfurt, Germany to Metz, France in which i enter an Autobahn that basically drives past Ramstein Airbase but also intersects with the Autobahn coming from Kaiserslautern nearby. It's a funny experience because suddenly for the next 30 Minutes the Autobahn is full of Trucks, Muscle Cars etc. haha Luckily those Soldiers learn Autobahn Etiquette before they drive here, so we don't have them left-lane hogging and the likes which is so common in the USA. But yeah interesting Topic, i always check the license plates when watching these Videos to see if it's an American in that American Car or a German

There's a company in Dösingen, Germany called Ellenator which converts those Fiats into vehicles meant to be driven with A1 driving license. The engine is 20 hp and the max speed is 90 km/h It falls into L5e vehicle class.
