Another suggestion for the badly modified car that you guys are gonna do .... Yellow Headlights. If the car wasn't registered in France between the 1930s and 1993, then it shouldn't have yellow headlights.

PD engines are legendary. I became a fan when I ran one 50k miles with a blown head gasket, took the thermostat out and it just needed water everyday. Couple of Radweld bottles helped

First of all THANK YOU LADS! I was laughing and giggling so much when I heard my name back when this came out on Spotify a few weeks ago. I am the Daniel Warner from Southend Essex 😂 you said about at the start of yet another bloody amazing podcast. I've been watching AutoAlex and AutoAlex v2 from day 1 and I'm not just saying that, I listen to the podcasts on Spotify in my lorry through out the day too. The hard work you boys and the production team put into the videos and the entertainment you give to us is sooo underrated!! BTW the merch is amazing love wearing the summer shirts. I am 28 years old yet had 23 + cars in 10 years some including Lexus Is200 Sportcross and sedan both manual of course, scooby 05 blob eye WRX best one and 1989 Mazda MX5 import and at the time only had around 50k miles with many many big projects to follow at the time including engine swaps etc etc. I wish I had more time to work and spend more times around cars and deffo modifying but watching you guys is what makes me smile every time. Love you guys so much, so much respect for you all keep the banter going in the vids and Taylor. I LOVE THE HAT! Hey Rob! thank you for getting me in the shout out and Taylor thank you for shouting me out also I was a pest at school so the description you guys spoke about at the start is pretty much spot on! 😂

53:10 Honda CR-Z, being a current owner. I think on paper it's really easy to dismiss it, being "only" a 1.5 hybrid with 125-135ish hp (depending on year, pre/post facelift etc) but trust me it feels faster in real life - my other car is a GS450h that goes like a sledgehammer - plus it's VTEC so you can really wring it out and still get decent economy. I've upgraded mine with an RB1 intake (from a JDM Jazz, which is a really popular mod) which improves responsiveness and SIX extra hp! There's also quite a cult following for these, not least because they're rare but also loads of opportunities for mods. Though hard to come by there's a Honda developed supercharger kit that takes power to 197hp (same as the heavier FN2 Type R) but also aftermarket options. Some people even go the extra mile and K-Swap them but you have to remove the hybrid system (which kinda defeats the point unless you just want a weapon) I would highly recommend at least enthusiastically test driving one. They truly are a lot more satisfying than regular common bland hatches. They're amazing dailys but also comfortable on long trips - I collected my brother from university recently on a 360mile round trip to Plymouth and with the rear bench folded it fit all his things. Get one while prices are quite reasonable still!

You do have a claim to some of those funds, and police shouldn't be selling ANYTHING until the case has been successfully prosecuted, i would contact the insurer in question but its probably too little, too late, shoulda done that on day one, would probably have led to a better outcome for yourselves 😮

Yes! Cheap EV challenge! Had my Leaf for 8 years, it's a little over 10 years old, still got 11 bars SOH, can still get 80 miles and that's on only a 24kwh pack. The myths only persist because people like hating on things. Any Leaf 2014 on will have the better traction battery. Don't get the super early Japanese built ones. Actually if you drive it properly and plan your journeys it might be quite an uneventful and boring episode 😂 maybe better having an endurance race or something or a race to Edinburgh and back. Don't knock the Vauxhall Insignia. The most reliable car I've owned and easiest car to work on. My first Insignia was a Cat U from CoPart and I owned for 6 years before selling and I now own another Insignia 2016 1.6ltr estate with the MPG reaching 70mpg and again was a Cat N from CoPart and has been well maintained, only required a new bumper and one parking sensor and one year on its still going strong.
