That last boat you looked at is a bass boat. They use them in Bass fishing tournaments. You've got to have a fast boat to get to the best fishing areas before everyone else in the tournament. My uncle buddy used to compete in the tournaments.

I used to have a 1988 S-15 GMC Jimmy very dependable order new build out of Pontiac, Michigan factory shipped by rail to New York area 2.8 with a 4-speed manual trans own it for over 10 years plenty of roads trips

Jet skies go under water all the time. The reason they are non runners is because the key. It has to be programed and runs around $400. I bet if you get a new key and change the fluids they will run fine.

Love the walkarounds, I always hope that you come across an old GM car when your looking around haha, like the grand ams, malibus, aleros, oldsmobiles, etc. I know nobody else really cares for them but its cool to see since it brings some good memories lol You should look around and see if you can find an oldmobile cutlass between 97 and 99, nowadays its extremely rare to see on the road but they were the last cutlasses

I used to paint down in hazel park Michigan and the lady who owned the complex had some lightning in her fridge. Said her husband drove truck and snagged some from Tennessee. Stuff was stout ASF and tasted harsh. Only other comparison is everclear 151 proof

The key for the Sea Doo is chipped and coded to the ECU like modern cars. If you lose it (or the ECU is bad), it's an expensive trip to the dealer... BUT a Brazilian company made an aftermarket ECU with no security (just need something to connect the two wires). Also, there might be a label saying to never jump start it, and a good rule of thumb is to pull the fuse before connecting a battery. Why? It will fry the ECU. Ask me how I know all of the above!

Hello Randy. The 2007 Chevrolet S10 Extrem is a good looking truck even though it's got hail damage. The Mercedes S550 is a good looking car even though it's got a cracked windshield.

I've had 3 2nd gen rams in the past. All had dash crack issues of course. It's a given. Best truck I had was the 3/4 ton Cummins. Wish I never sold that truck. 600hp. Block built and transmission built when I had bought it. All I did was bring it to a dyno because I was curious 😅 Got about 20mpg if I kept my foot off of it.

Randy that 96 Dodge pickup truck is so clean. All it needs is a paint job and somebody to love it and I think it would last a long time it's a very nice truck just needs a paint job? I just trip out that they put power windows and power locks on it that's crazy I wonder where you get aftermarket power windows and power locks I really never seen that before? But I really do like that truck a nice paint job like you say 10th of Windows has brand new tires my God that's a nice deal!

Watching the passenger side window roll up and the crank regulator is visible rotating that is what the black plastic cap is on the Dr door panel

Most car audio shops sell and install those kits. I did plenty of power lock conversions in my 15 years as a 12v installer. Only did a few window kits. They're a pain in the ass to do. Especially the cheap kits like that truck has.

My grandfather had 2 Xtremes. His first he bought brand new it was white a step side single cab. The dealer tint was exactly that dark. His had the power windows and door locks. It was very quick, it was stolen and led on a high speed chase and he got it back and fought the insurance company to keep it. He paid all of the repairs himself just to keep it. His second one was a black longbed extended cab like this one. He had both until he passed away. And unfortunately I will never see either of them again. I will forever want one now. Not only is it an amazing truck and very reliable. The best memories I have were in that truck.

Love the old Dodge Rams. Would love to see that on your channel. Don't poo poo the 6 cylinder, lots of work trucks had it. My buddy has a 2000 model year one with over 200,000 miles on it and has towed a lot of trailers loaded with cut up trees and other yard debris to the dump. Those are some heavy loads so I don't think you would have any issues.

Grab the s10 extreme thats a timeless classic they are getting harder too find as time goes on plus people use those frames for classic chevy cars and trucks so theres no loss in that the frames on those truck are going for alot of money on the internet

I like the Ram, even with only the base V6. It's hard to find a truck that's just a truck, with no leather heated seats/power everything/expensive back up cameras/sensors on door tied to transmission that wont let you into gear if door is open. I have a ram work truck that I drive that wont go into drive if it detects door is open. Good for safety, but expensive for whoever's responsible for repair bill after it fails. Who would have thought that it would be possible to disable transmission by unhooking a wire on the door?

4.3 is a great engine. I had one in a 93 Silverado. It needed a radiator, but I didn't have the money until payday, so I drove it to work anyway. It got so hot, it melted the coolant temp sending unit off the head, but it never quit running

I think you should buy a Malaise Era pickup trucks (first gen Ram or that S10 Durango you found). The GMC Safari (1st gen) that you found would be cool on the channel (now that you sold the Cavalier😢) it would also be cool to see that shadow on the channel! -Malaise Era Parker (Also for the rare side, there’s a Camry 5-speed in OK City)

If you can only get one though grab the Ram it looks like a pretty good truck overall with some low miles for the age. But try for both cause the S10 Extreme is getting a little rare these days I see them but not all the time. Keep up the great content!👍

Reading the title I said S10 Xtreme all day long but I think I would go for the Ram. I'm not a Ram fan but for some reason I like that generation a lot. Short bed 2wd and all it needs is a engine swap. 392 would be nice in that.

If it's the 3.8 l V6 will definitely outlast a 392 V8. The 3.6 l is the engine I have seem many issues with those. 😊

The S-10 actually has the factory rims, but missing the center caps and someone rattle canned them black. A 4.3 vortec is a great motor, just a 350 with two cylinders cut off. Major issue with that truck is going to be the transmission with those mile, always the weak link on any s-10 with that motor no matter if it is a truck or blazer. 2,500.00 no way in that condition, it is pretty roached out.

As soon as I saw the flared fender I knew it was a 550. I'm currently hunting for one that needs work. Current retail on a good one is 17k aprox depending on mileage. They make a Maybach conversion for 6k.

Between the Dodge and the S-10 I would go with the Dodge. Funny, it almost seems like we just went down this road for a couple months with trading in an expensive truck and getting a cheaper one... Re: the Blue Water boat, they used to make a very good boat. Not sure if the still do or not. I haven't had one for several years. Re: the boat that was sitting on the ground, yep it's a fishing boat. They are used a lot for Bass fishing and tournaments. They have big engines because they only have so much time to fish, and the area they want to fish could be a long ways away, so they can get from one area to another really fast.

The S-10 is a prime example of just because it might be rare, it doesn't mean it's worth a lot of money... I was thinking more like $1200 for it. I'd never heard of them before so I did a search First, it looks like those are the stock wheels that someone painted or powder coated black, and they are missing the center caps. If you look at the wheels on this one, each spoke has an indentation on it and the original wheels did too. The original wheels were nice and shiny and looked really good. It's also missing the front lower air dam.

If you haven't decided yet, go for the S-10 Xtreme. Nicer truck, even with hail. It'll be a good workhorse and has tons of parts available. The Dodge will give you a lot more problems down the road with more headache to fix. The S-10s are reliable and dogged trucks.

Honestly you could always go to the local pick and pull and grab a low mileage 318 or 360 magnum V8 and harness and PCM and it would be a decent work truck my truck is also a dodge ram it's a laramie slt quad cab long bed 1500 318 magnum V8 46 RH automatic overdrive transmission manual shift transfer case lever on the floor it's gloss black with most of the white pinstripe, the truck has some rust around the edges though because it is a northern Ohio truck and the front fenders are rusted out it would look like a different truck with better front fenders....it's transmission worked great since the previous owner has replaced the front pump input shaft seal and torque converter, and the front suspension is completely rebuilt,, it drove way better than most of the second gen dodge trucks I've rode in,worked on or owned myself this truck doesn't wander all over the road driving down the road and my truck is a factory towing pkg truck with dana 44 axles and 3.55 gears

If you could get the S 10 for the right price, that would be cool. For $2500? Sorry. There's just not enough meat left on the bone to make a profit, at all on that one. It could be a cool truck for $1000-$1200, maybe, The 4.3 V-6 is a great motor. Basically a SBC 350 with 2 cylinders chopped off. They are pretty much bulletproof. A new hood. Maybe a little PDR. A little paint here and there. Some used rims & tires off of Market Place. Spray in bedliner. A good cleanup, and It could be a sweet little cruiser. I like it.
