I drived in Europe and I know that speed and I witnessed idiots behind that clearly not mention that we are blocked from too many Trucks and we have to drop below 120mph even below 80 ... how many times I had to slow down under 60 to get in the gap because the idiot behind can't make it ( I'm able to see dehind cant make it ,but driver itself cant see it ?!?!?) and we probably gona die ... so if I can safely slow down that much , the driver behind can slow only 40 miles to make it safe for everyone ... the worst os when you encourage the idiot to belive that is equal to everybody else ...

You have to keep a close eye on the rearview mirror and if nobody is there, you can safely switch to the left lane. but faster ones must always be let past.

actually its not allowed - on all german streets you have the duty of driving in a reasonable manner - in all of these cases this law was broken. Especially in the case where the guy rammed into the traffic jam - we also have a law which is named the "Sichtfahrgebot" which basically is saying that you have to be able to at all times stop within the distance or at some times half the distance of what you can see - that way if you abide to the law it would be impossible to crash into a traffic jam. if you do happen to crash in a situation like this you must have broken a law or more to have done that.

I’m not German but I’ve been on the sections of the Autobahn without speed limits a few times and people generally seem to know what they’re doing.

The Lambo's accident was in Hungary, with a 130 km/h limit. It was driven by a "wannabe rich" douchebag, who had like 100k-200k euros stacked up from who knows what (not from anything approved by any authoriry), the Lambo was a rental car, and this idiot simply wanted to showoff for his peabrained kittycat on the right seat.... 1st one is foolish because he flashed his lights as he saw them getting over very soon and could have corrected; and he had enough room to go between the car and the barrier without crashing into the other car.....pay attention!

Tell me you have never driven before without telling me you have never driven before. He isn't flashing his lights because he saw them crossing lane its just as a warning that some high speed drivers on the Autobahn do, which is already more than most people do. The car stays in its lane and only starts crossing and indicating, right about when the driver is less than 50m (164f) behind him, at 220k/h (136m/h) you are doing 61m (200f) in a second which gives him less than a second to react. On top of that at the collision there is just enough space for a small car to fit through the left, problem is that steering while smashing your breaks at these speeds is basically asking for loosing control of your vehicle which should be fairly obvious. So not only did the driver warn the other drivers in front of him that he is passing, he managed to react to the crossing car in less than a second and on top of that managed to keep control of his car while slamming the brakes at 220k/h leaving only minor damage. The only thing here that is criticisable is the risk he took passing people at that speed, on the other hand its legal and common knowledge in Germany the very left lane is for speeding, so if you plan on switching to that lane one should always doublecheck and indicated way in advance. Anyways if you are gonna criticise something make sure its something you have experience with.

Even if there is no speed limit there still IS a limit for safe closing speeds on slower vehicles. Strikes me as STUPID to go way faster than other traffic Maybe it is time to require all vehicles to have radar and computer nannies with way better reaction times and common sense than the general public....were the computer wont even LET you be stupid! First video: Had to do it several times, worked pretty well. Driving fast is only for the well experienced. And watch that fucking traffic in front of you and react fast. He could have avoided this accident easily. Breaking instead of flashing lights and moving left a little more. You clearly see in the sidemirror he had more place to his left. Where there is asphalt you can drive on.

The german Autobahn may only be used with motor vehicles whose maximum design speed is more than 60 kilometers per hour (according to the vehicle papers). Now it depends on how "moped" is defined in your country. In Germany a moped goes 50 kmh or something, so it is not allowed.
