Right Click on the ribbon bar. Choose show tabs and select the tabs you would like visible. Another change is to cycle through the ribbon bar options there is an icon (minimize panel buttons) right most icon on the ribbon bar tab menu. That will change how the overall ribbon looks.

Im in South Africa and using metric (millimetres)have difficulty when in paper space in viewports and try to change scale the object goes big and invisible...please help
