Oh guess what ? Not only behind the hatching, but also in overall ! I just tried to create a multitext, and it just disappears. Only by cross selecting, only the grips display....(SIGH)

Sounds like it could be a scaling issue, your text is probably too small, check the text height in your Multiline text , this happens a when switching from paper space to model space .

I just gave my AUtocad the command as you instructed, but it's not working ! They are hiding behind the hatching. I tried to bring the text objects to the front as well as sending the hatching to the back. Still not working....Oh my...I spent about 3 hours just for trying to get this fixed

If your text is behind the hatching you will need to use the”draworder” command and push the hatching back or text forward.
