Instead of( br enter ) to eliminate a line segment between two other lines or two points, you can type ( tr enter enter ) and hover over the segment you wish to trim and it will highlight it. Left click the highlighted segment and it will be removed. ( Don't type the parentheses ).

I've been wondering this : in Canada, we use the Handbook of Steel Construction published by the CISC for all structural steel properties and load tables; I see you use the TATA Steel handbook which is similar to the Canadian one, but are there others ? I would also like to know if you know a handbook used in France ? Thank you

Hi - the steel section size guides tend to be published by the manufacturers over here, not by any industry organisation. Here's another one that's popular: sections.arcelormittal.com/library/orange-book.html not sure who makes steel in France to be honest. Arcelor Mittal seem to have bought up everyone: Arcelor was created in February 2002 through the merger of Arbed (Luxembourg) founded in 1911, Aceralia (Spain) and Usinor (France). Arcelor also had major steel production facilities in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Brazil and Argentina.

can we press pull this design?

Hi. Yeah it would work but all shapes have to be polylines and not just the steel sections. To get the model you see at the start of the video required changing the UCS so you can rotate objects to different construction planes.
