to whoever can't presspull the parapet wall even after exploding it, try to presspull the outside wall at 0.75 of height, then presspull the inside wall in downside manner (to get rid of it, just like how you did on the windows) The same thing you can apply to other elements Thanks me later XD

Explode object and check that there are no overlapping lines using erase command. Then use join command to connect back and offset.

I am not sure. I have not faced such problem. 1. Try pc restarting. 2. It may be the problem of your pc. Do you have graphics cad? What is your pc configuration?
