Thank you! They did not go over this in our Intro to CAD class last semester. I have a project where I am trying to convert old, large Dungeons and Dragons maps into AutoCAD then export to GIMP to texture. While the grid snapping wasn't that important for the mechanical and piping type stuff the college pushes, not seeing or being able to align to a grid scales and not seeing a grid was killing me on my hobby project. This makes Things so, so much easier!
