After tracing where the video was fast forwarded I am unable to follow how you draw the inner lines it just traced the outlines and its single line sorrounding floor planbut you have double line, didn't showed how you made that

It's just a offset command , after tracing overall floor press o then press enter now type distance of offset in current unit then click to define direction of offset and press enter or again click to make offset

Can we delete the printed plan from behind, once we finish tracing?

Yes you can , or you can put in another layer and hide that layer so that , you'll have backup whenever needed

How to remove original image I want only plan

Select image type hide and enter Image will be hidden, and can be unhide by unhide all object Or we can put that image into another layer and hide that layer Or Otherwise select image or permanenty delete it

That's very similar to it we just have to place design like a floor plan in background, and then trace , first trace a part then pattern accordingly, We will also upload video regarding this also in future

In tracing method, it's very difficult to trace exactly some inches approximation, if you want exact then don't trace draw plan from zero
