There is no bike in the world that does not have problems. No Bike comes with 100% benefits and full features. There will be some problems. There is no such thing as complete in one in the world. Buying a bicycle can be much better than that. Ronin is much better than Hunter 350. Go for it.

My Ronin have 2 problems. 1. Low beam stopped working. Had to run in high beam to light up the road and I don't like it. 2. Fuel DTE shows wrong numbers ex- half tank petrol and DTE shows 25 kms.

I got ronnin last year and do 300 km in one ride no problem with that.. go 90 to 100 km/hr easily no probleem till 11900 km till now. Service quality is whorse and spare availability is like no one.. no TVS center have spares for ronin. I just go for manufacturing defects and they charge for it. And do things wrong. They chenge hade bar and cut grip from last one and glue it to new because they didni have new one. And they even dont have oil filter, and other partsand bigges of all not even one service man have knowledge of how to do servicing of ronin and they are selling bikes too people. They make my bike whorse then i bought .. make changes in angle of handle bar without consulting me . And starts oil leak from fliter chember afrer servicing and i know it in 500 km ride .

I bought a TVS Ronin Dual channel abs model in November last year in Bangalore. I have done more than 3500 km on it right now; my rides have a mix of city, hills, and highway. Some issues I have faced are the unavailability of accessories from TVS and the off-market, and the rear mudguard does not protect against muck completely during rains. The pillion rider or the tail bag will get the mud on it with just the stock mudguard. TVS service quality is excellent and prompt in Bangalore.

I test rode ronin, hunter, roadster and 350rs. I felt 350rs exhaust note might be irritating for pillion rider and also braking was not great. Ronin has a high turning radius. Apart from that I loved the bike. What do you think?

Ronin is a good value for money product and aged bikers will like it's lighter weight, suspensions, sitting geometry, gearing,braking , Led illumiation and would offer fatigue free riding till 70kmph speeds. One can ride at top gear at lower speeds owing to GTT technology which is not possible in Highness.

Nice review 👌 Wouldn't recommend Honda CB /RS for city riding which requires constant gear changes . After riding for 6 months, i feel the cons of Ronin are; * Wider turning radius *Smaller pillion seat and * Inadequate lower beam head light .

Sir since you're also a ronin owner i'm asking you this... Did you face any vibration issue at 4.5k rpm and around 63-65 kmph speeds? My bike has this issue and I don't know if it's normal or I need to get it fixed during first service.

@Ellixist Have felt slight vibrations but not too annoying. I feel it's because of the block pattern tyres which can be reduced slightly by reducing the tyre pressure . I don't face any vibrations in my Gixxer as this has smooth tyre surface unlike Ronin

Thanks for the 📸. Your explanation is very very clear. I already have Ronin, bought it 6 months back. Already 2500KMs on the ODO. I like the bike very much. But only issue faced so far is the chain noise. Especially i keep hearing the noice near the sprocket. I am getting it cleaned by the service nguys regularly. Mechanic says these kind of chain noices are common in heavy bikes. I understand the chain travel is too lengthy in Ronin. Can I ignore the sound & keep getting it cleaned every 600-700 KMs?

I also get this noise sometimes, but after I clean and lube my chain the noise disappears. You can also check the chain slack once as that might also be causing the noise issue. But normally I don't get chain noise from my Ronin. (I have rode it for 3500 km + by now)

Hello brother. I am a commuter bike owner and I want to upgrade to a muscular better road presence bike. I am 5.6 and 65kg person. I have always found RE bikes heavy and I feel insecure/unsecure about handling them with comfort. I feel Ronin is best for me but my RE fan friends keep discouraging me by showing hunter 350 a better option. hi! sir, thank you for such a nice review. I recently bought ronin TD (on 17 oct.) and also, I am very new to bikes of this segment. hence, can't much experience on this bike, but one thing I would like to bring to your notice is that I felt the front brake paddle is a bit short, or it should be extended horizontally a bit. If I place my foot straight on the footrest, only the front end of the paddle gets touched to my foot. in order to get the grip on the paddle I have to bend my foot inward towards the engine. this makes me feel on my foot after a long ride. please let me know if you, too have felt the same or my posture is not correct.

So the first question about reliability is that rtr 200 was a really good bike in terms of performance according to its price and having it more than 5 years i only had gear indicator problem and cold start problem which can be fixed in Dthe service centre overall the reliability it gave me was really good. In case of Ronin i had a minor accident back in November but I didn't got any major injury myself and also any no major damage on bike just some scratches on the ladies footrest, left leg guard and left bar end weight and also a little scratch on the back of the instrumental cluster, most of the impact was took by the leg guard so it got bend but was easily fixed in the service centre during servicing. The only problem I faced till now was the chain noise but got fixed after properly cleaning, lubricating the chain and also tightening it. So I am satisfied with quality, reliability and performance of the bike. And the service depends on service centre to centre, in my area it's decent but as said in the video i think they need to increase the service quality of both Ronin and rr310 because both bikes are premium bikes from the company so they should give the premium feel to the owners of both bikes.

When it comes to pushing the bike in the highways, RTR 200 is amazing. Are you able to experience any amount of excitement and fun in the highways at top speeds with Ronin?

@@vishwanathstorm Hey, i'm glad to know that my insight is helpful for you, well in case of Ronin you'll not feel that much thrill you'll feel it in rtr 200 in highways if you want to push the bike as i have pushed my rtr 200 and achieved 145 kmph of speed last time, and Ronin is a retro bike with good low end torque power delivery and for normal cruising, it'll be not as much exciting as rtr 200 as the more you accelerate Ronin the lower the power will go, and above 100 kmph you'll start feeling power lacking, which is a common characteristic of a low end torque bike. So if you want to push the bike to its limit most of the times in highways then rtr 200 is good to go, but if you want to do normal cruising between 60-100 kmph of speeds in highways and want a nimble, easy to handle bike for city rides and heavy traffic then Ronin is good to go. I hope you get the bike which suits you the best.

@@theaarshad Hlo bro, glad to know my insight is helpful for you. Pillion comfort is subjective, some people say the seat is small, some people say it's appropriate, in my case it's appropriate, my sister is a bit on a healthier side and for her the seat length isn't small it's appropriate not too small and not too big in length, and the cushioning of the seat is really good, you can do long rides with or without pillion without too much fatigue and no lower back pain because the sitting posture is straight. But I'll say go for a test ride for pillion comfort, because just like i said in the beginning the pillion comfort in terms of seat length can be subjective it could be small for you or could be good/appropriate for you just like in my case, other than that the sitting posture, cushioning and all is really great. Edit- I'll rate it around 9.5/10, didn't gave 10/10 because they could had given a bit longer seat for more space if you want to go for a long ride with a pillion and with multiple luggage.
