Hi Sir . Im Gary Jolly from Baguio city . I’m proud owner of XL6 hybrid in India 🇮🇳. Same here in Philippines as XL7 hybrid. I drove my XL6 to top of the world 19024 ft above the see level. Leh and spiti in Himalayas. No problem for going up . We were 4 people and with our luggages . We got 14km/L all over with Aircon and without .

Not bad. But not too good either, considering this is a mild hybrid. The Ertiga GL AT does about 14+ km/l on twisties, with a load of 6-7 people plus luggage, and in Mt. Kanlaon, mind you. If I have 2-3 people on board, I'd imagine it does 16 km/l on twisties. Granting it doesn't have all the tech of the XL7...well...maybe that's it. It saves a bit more fuel because it doesn't need to support all that tech. Still a great value car if you're looking for an MPV-Cross(over). Congratulations, Gino, on your new logo! 😂

Sir, why Regular gasoline instead of Premium (95octoane)? Planning to buy the XL7 Hybrid for first family car.

The XL7 can run on regular 91 octane fuel which is cheaper than 95 and 98 octane fuel. Some cars require 95 or 98 octane fuel. Isn't it better to be able to save some pesos on the price of fuel?

Can someone update me please on how is the interior NVH including the interior quality of the materials. I own an Ertiga 2020 and i would say the biggest disappointment of the platform is the NVH and a lot of squeaking sounds from the dashboard and plastic sidings. planning to get another 7 seater and am looking at this but I am worried about the interior quality and NVH. Hopefully an owner can enlighten me. i love the fuel economy of the engine and the simplicity and less electronic of the vehicle, much easier to maintain and i know it will last longer.

Didn't you hear what Caco said? He said that it was so quiet inside that it was boring. I recently watched him reviewing the Toyota Veloz and Avanza. He was often wincing because of the poor NVH in both. In fact, he complained about how much noise from rain on the windows and doors that he could hear. Clearly, based on his opinion, the XL7 is streets ahead of Toyota models in the seven seater compact MPV segment. It's also much better than the Mitsubishi Xpander, based on KZbin reviews I've seen. I haven't actually driven any of the vehicles mentioned above, but the opinions of testers are clear. The Hyundai Stargazer also has excellent NVH, but, unless you get the Stargazer X, which is close to 100K pesos more expensive than the XL7, you get a dashboard cowling which Reygan's Rides rightly described as "looking like a toilet seat". No car is perfect. However, if it's good NVH you want, the XL7 or the Stargazer will suit you. Buy a Toyota and you'll be very disappointed.
