Now what is the holes sizes when you measure them after the bend of the plate? Defenate not 14 mm anymore

yes it make some changes, because the hole have been created before the bend process ant it have some effect

The plate will be cut from sheet metal anyway. Therefor you need the flat pattern, were the wholes are circular and exactly 14mm.

Thank you for the good lessons. I want to make a stock for a gun,it consists entirely of smooth and asymmetrical transitions. Is it possible to do this in Autodesk inventor. Do you have a similar lesson? I haven't found it anywhere from anyone

For reinforcement of drilled holes. Eg if you are making a hole of 6 inch on a header pipe of 10inch, you will weld this fitting around the hold to give more strength to pipe. This fittings generally used in hot tapping.

I have an issue. I followed your steps exactly but it keeps saying that it can't complete the fold part. Any idea where I could've gone wrong? EDIT: Ooohh instead of creating a face in the sheet metal tab, I just extruded the circle. That's why

You can fold extruded circle, but you have to set proper thickness in style

hello, its a very useful video first of all. Thanks for it! I had a question, when I am doing yhe exact steps I cant have my extrudes (in this case holes) follow the curve such as, they stay almost in space, like they did not stick to the part. I can attach a picture if it was possible but do you know how I can fix it or what might be causing the issue? Thanks a lot! @solicam-cad

Thank you sir🙏 . if you have followed the same step as i did it must work . do have extruded the first sketch or do you have apply sheet metal with a thickness ? to create those 8 holes try to use cut command instead using extrude cut . if it is not working so send me picture [e-mail]
