Animate assembly or service instruction in Autodesk Inventor

How do you move around the drawing so smoothly. I've always just used the pan tool(scroll wheel) and moving around the ViewCube? Great tutorial btw

No one has explained it yet but why are the first few seconds on the storyboard slower then seconds? On mine there is almost a 3 second differential in elapsed time at the 6s mark, yous is about 1.5s diff.
