Hi. So after moving the account to Office365 there is no need for autodiscover dns entry onprem. In our environment we have just one exchange server to synchronise AD attributes to 365, no onprem account. Then the local autodisco ver has no function more, since Outlook goes to the cloud to find the user account.

Hi, if all the mailboxes are hosted in EXO, then Autodiscover will not perform on-prem look ups.

In which scenarios we use the Test email Auto Config and in which scenarios we use EXRCA to test Autodiscover??

Both tools are used to test autodiscover. But EXRCA will provide in-depth analysis of Autodiscover process. You can use Test Email Auto Config only when profile is configured in Outlook. I hope this answers your question.

Hello Sir, I am making notes from almost all the playlist.
