Hey, i just bought auto-ds and I've tried to upload my first listing to my Etsy store, and i get the error "an error occurred while posting this listing. the problem may be due to violations or rate limits of your Etsy store". I have question regarding reselling, Etsy say that you can sell products from 3rd party manufacturer but it must be designed by you. For example the ear ring you suggest might be a good product.How do you bypass this rule? Or they don't really ask? Here are the rules which I am referring to: All handmade items are made or designed by you. If you work with a production partner, you must disclose that production partner in your relevant listings. Reselling is not allowed in the handmade category on Etsy. Reselling refers to listing an item as handmade when you were not involved in designing or making that item.

This is a good question! I was just thinking about this. However he said that you just have to find some suppliers that sell or look like hand made items. So I guess that’s how you bypass that. Hopefully they can answer this question.

You said that you had 55 orders with 18 products but i don't think you gave any indication of how long it took you to make those sales once your shop was up and running, did you?

It takes 90 days to become a star seller. I've been open 6 weeks and I have 80 sales and about the same revenue. I've not found the cost benefits for Auto DS yet.

I noticed that your shop items were blurred out. But it looked like you had ceramic mugs for sale. I was looking into ceramic mugs and if they're ok to sell on Etsy and unless you make them yourself, i don't understand how I'd be able to sell them on Etsy. Will you speak about that?

When you list an item on Etsy, there should be an option to select if it's from a third-party and you should not run into any issues. Hope this helps!

I always get errors when importing from Auto DS. Error says return policy must be blank or asking me for it and dimensions etc. I haven’t imported one thing yet from Auto DS.

I have my first order on my shopify store with an ETSY supplier. When I try to fulfil the order with auto order, there is a error message: ''Auto-ordering is not supported for this source site''. Does this mean Autods don't auto fulfil the order to Etsy anymore? Will I have to do it manually each time? 🤯 (I raised a ticket but still no answer)

Hi there, sorry to hear about the difficulties! Etsy as a supplier is not supported in Automatic Orders / Fulfilled by AutoDS, we recommend processing the order manually from Etsy. You can buy from Etsy, so it gets shipped directly to your customer.

Hello, my question is what happens with the tracking of the order? Etsy asks you to send it to the customer.

Hi there, if you sourced the product through AutoDS, the order should sync in the AutoDS orders page so you can fulfill it. Once the tracking is added by the supplier, the order status should update on Etsy or you can at least add the tracking info on Etsy. We also suggest using Fulfilled by AutoDS so that you won’t need to log into your own buyer accounts and worry about suspensions. I have tried to upload a necklace following the steps you have suggested, but I received an error message explaining that Etsy requires product dimensions that are not specified in Amazon's product listing. So my question is, how come you were not required to provide the product dimensions in the example you showed?

@@AutoDS Thank you for your response. I tried uploading a tennis bracelet with the product dimensions provided. The product was successfully uploaded, but it was removed right away by Etsy!! I am not sure if drop shipping is possible on Etsy if the product has to be made by the seller, designed by the seller, handpicked by the seller (vintage items, items from nature), or sourced by a supplier (craft supplies, party supplies). Thsi product is the same category as the example you showcased! I would appreciate any tip for thsi issue.
