It certainly seems to run on one side of my family and I know with mine, it was triggered by a severe skin infection that was starting to go septic. I had a large pimple that popped while working out and being sweaty. I always felt that sweat got in as well as bacteria, so now my body sees something in my own bodily fluid as the bacteria.

Great Explanation but in last point if there is no blood supply to that organ or lymph supply then how these antigens enter in blood and how immune cells attack on these sites here iam confused sir
