Is your product able to check NPT or NGT threads?? and How would be able to measure the thread gaps like your video show if it tapered threads?

No their product is trash and their support is non existant.

Yes, tapered threads could present a challenge for the push-pull test. However, if it was carried out at the same place in the thread each time referenced to the softland position on the top of the thread, it may be possible. I would suggest you arrange a trial via your local SMAC distributor (we are distributor for UK).
