1. How to add more Colums (need to add more information colums) like who responsible on this name tagger, 2. Completed work need to show not hidden in To Do List 3. Deffered date also hidden when changed still need to see when changed Do to list dont need to hide deferred and completed work need to track everyday work if its jump another or hide cant be tracked pls help

Hi, how to activate the to do list task even the year is changed into 2024. If I changed into year 2024 the tasks that is in progress are also gone.
