I see you offer these systems in Canada. Do you cover the us? What happens with these system in the summer when the demand is very low? Does the system turn on and off for the hot water? Or what happens?

Hi Drew, thanks for the questions. There is a different supplier who looks after the USA, you can find them online at woodchipboilersr.us/ For summer, there is no issue at all with running the boiler for your hot water, we do and many of our customers do. The boilers have the ability to automatically reduce the fire size to match the heating load and when there is no load (during summer) they drop into standby mode and then automatically fire up again as needed. You can choose between two operating modes for standby; a full shutdown where the boiler will self-ignite again when heat is needed or a continuous mode where a very small amount of fuel is added every 30 - 60 minutes to maintain a tiny (pilot) fire that can be stoked into a larger fire when needed. Hi Louis, apologies for delayed response. The best place to find wood chip depends on where you are located. Sawmills are a great source. Recylcers that grind up old pallets and wood waste. Manufacturers of wood products are looking for new places to dispose of their wood waste with most refuse stations now charging dumping fees. Tree maintenance folks are another option as long as you have somewhere to dry the green chip they produce. how is it possible to get wood chips or sawdust I have contacted the mills first off the general public cannot get wood chips from the mills their excuse to me was that it has to be tested for hydrocarbons and such so they will never give or sell to the general public. second all saw dust tat the mills produce has already been sold to other companies for woodpellets that go overseas its pretty big busines and that the oil patch is also a huge customer of sawdust and woodchips. I was told by several mills that it is impossible for the general public to get sawdust and or woodchips. The tree maintanence companies sell their wood chips to gardening centers and top soil producers. so where are your potential cusomers suposed to get the biomas without getting into huge cost for chippers, trucks, loaders, licencing to harvest and logistics.?
