I need to understand how we can use order by and group by functions of Get Queue Items Activity(Getting all the items in bulk) without changing the status to InProgress 2. Then process the transactions on the basis of groups. As need to make the reporting on the basis of each group. I appreciate your help!! Thanks!!

Hi Abhishek, the state of the first transaction item will stay in in progress state forever because I did not use set transaction status activity intentionally to demonstrate that the status needs to be manually set by using the set transaction status activity. Please follow the complete video I have demonstrated it. Let me know if it is still not very clear

Thanks Rakesh for the explanation, however I have a query, Interviewer asked me as follows Question: you have 100 transaction items in the queue and while processing the 51st item the robot failed due to network issue, and you rerun the process from where bot will start processing? Any suggestions?

So the answer will be the moment robot failed the job status will become faulted and the queue item status will become failed with application error now any item which has a status failed with application error can be retried when we use ReFramework template. So when we rerun the process from orchestrator the last failed item will be retried if the Q Auto retry is enabled on Orchestrator

UiPath.Core.Activities.AddQueueItem Adds a new item in an Orchestrator queue. The status of the item will be New AddTransactionItem; Adds a new item in the queue and starts a transaction. The status of the item is set to InProgress.

There is an activity called "Get Queue Items" activity in UiPath. For the input, put the queue name which you made in orchestrator and name a variable for the output in "Get Queue Items" activity. Then use "For Each" activity which will be stored in the output variable from "Get Queue Items" activity. Inside the for loop use "Postpone Transaction Item" activity and set postpone time DateTime.Today.AddMilliseconds(1). and for the TransactionItem property put an each element which "for each Queueitem" is going to run. Then it will become new
