That’s is quite a system! I’m so old school it’s not even funny!I had a nice big double sink with a hose attachment to refill the tanks in my basement fishroom summer before last, it was a game changer for me, hauling 2 five gallon buckets dozens of times up and down stairs for waterchanges. And now I gotta get a central air system so I can streamline my utility bills, all those hob filters make for killer electric bills. Great video tour as usual sir and happy new year 🙂👍🏻🎆

Pelham I really appreciate the comment! Having utility sink(s) is definitely a game changer. I still use 5 gallon buckets of water with air stones running in the them for some sensitive species but usually I fill right out of the sink tap with a little de-chlorinator just in case. I realized the same thing with HOB and canisters. Now that I am running all central air powered sponges and box filters I will never go back.

I have to check again but I believe its around 100 usually. I feel like it varies somewhat between summer and winter.
