Hi, I have a problem at 2:26 'Frame' named window pop up which capture the faces to create dataset. ISSUE : When I run the create_dataset.py file camera indicator 'Turn ON' and the program works fine BUT ' Frame' named window didn't pop -up in my system...WHY??
