I know you use Notion for a lot of stuff, how come you do not use it also for your team? Is ClickUp much better to run an effective team, and you keep Notion just for templates and drafts? Maybe this could be a great idea. How you use ClickUp and Notion and why. 2. What exactly do you do to share the screen of your tablet? What are all the tools you use and, is it an iPad? 3. Do you have AI paid plan for ClickUp? Keep up the amazing work brother, you rock!

1. Notion is AWFUL for task management. Their notification system sucks big time. ClickUp is just way more powerful and useful for project management and teamwork. While I still use Notion, I just cancelled the next payment because I'm migrating everything to clickup 2. I use Ecamm Live, and I just connect my iPad to my Mac and Ecamm automatically detects it. So I can just show it the video. 3. No, I don't pay for ClickUp AI. It sucks. So does Notion. They seems to be using GPT-3 for it, so it's not that good.

@@JoseRosado Jo man, thank you very much for the feedback, I appreciate it! ClickUp is really neat for task/project management indeed, especially for teams. I also gave up few times on Notion just because I always end up tweaking it up instead of focusing being productive. I still have a question though. Are you able to replicate in ClickUp all the stuff regarding templates? And is there an easy way for sharing publicly like you do with Notion? Or you plan to use another tool for that purpose?

The entire video is a banger! Been a long time fan! As a video editor, not sure if I like the fast forwarding as an editing choice, 110% speed to keep people engaged isn’t worth what it does to your voice.

I've been speeding up my videos and nobody notices it. I use Descript for the first edit and to speed it up, and it's unnoticeable in my case. Descript does a great job at keeping the voice sound natural.

@@JoseRosado I've got the free tier of Make at the moment so I've used my 2 free scenarios. Got AudioPen hooked up though. Then it creates a newsletter draft using GPT-4 API, and creates a task in ClickUp. Wouldn't have thought of it without this video.

This seems very helpful but I'm not familiar with click up so It's very confusing. I can't seem to figure it out myself. I see that you replied to other comments informing us that you will explain the process, so I look froward to whatever is in the works. A setup guide would be super helpful or maybe a template or something if that's possible

I'm late to the AI band wagon but diving in head first. Problem... I can't find the "OPEN AI App" you spoke about. I've added ChatGPT and Zapier... this information and education could pretty much save my life financially since I find myself unable to work traditional W2 jobs.
