This will not work if you do not have the extreme version of Bluebeam, and I wish you had mentioned that prior to the 5 minute mark

Good morning, I like the video. Was wanting to know how to make a text box that is on an internal form that expands when you add content.

Hi Brandon, I’m afraid that form fields can’t be re-sized automatically. Once they’re built, they stay at the shape/size originally set for end users (you can go back in and change those manually) For most folks, setting a multi-line text box larger than you need and a smaller font, with top/left justification will usually suffice. HTH

How do you break a group. If you copy radials and they group all in one, how do you get them to function individually. For example a multiple question test.

For items that require only a single acceptable answer, like a test, you need to use Radio Buttons and collect them as a group. Check boxes allow multiple selections to a single question.

Hi Martin, This can be adjusted by highlighting the field in the FORM tab, then going to the PROPERTIES for that item. Make sure Justification is set to LEFT (or where you want it) and if it’s not single line entry, that the checkbox for Mutli-line is enabled. HTH

Thanks Syed. To answer your question, if you go to the export tool, on the Markups List, and run a PDF report you’ll see the option to use a template. That template can be saved to your standard Revu templates folder and it will contain your border/logo, etc. and it is applied automatically to each report you run. HTH

How do you edit a form field? I automatically created a form field, but it made several areas a check box instead of a text box. With over 200 boxes that are incorrect, I don't want to delete the check box and manually add the text box.

If you open the FORMS tab, you can highlight specific fields for editing and do advanced editing in the PROPERTIES tab of the selected field as well.

Yes, but if Automatic Forms Creation chooses the wrong field type, like adding a checkbox field where a text box field is needed, how do you change it? Field type is not available under Properties.@@ZenTekConsultants

True, there’s no automatic change, but you can always just delete the original and add new types manually in the same spot.@@andrewpitcher7140
