@milabu I love your videos! Your hair turned out great! I bought one at Ulta yesterday and used it for the first time last night. I have fine hair, just past my shoulders. What I quickly learned after reading the instructions, is to gently hold the ends of your hair as it's being pulled into the chamber. The only time it tangled on me was when I didn't hold the ends or tried to use too much hair. I got the idea pretty quickly and was amazed at the results! I used 330 degrees and chose the loose curl option. I let them cool and simply ran my fingers through the curls with my head upside down and flipped back up. Only products I used was a thermal protectant and It's a 10 finishing spray. The curls stayed perfectly, were light and bouncy and the best part....they still looked amazing this morning! I still have the older version of this curler, but it was too heavy and hard to use for me. This new improved model is a winner!

Super impressed with this curler! The curls looked beautiful and lasted REALLY well! I’ve never been able to master the art of curling my hair in alternating curls or away from my face so the fact this will do it for me is a big selling point for me!

Wow! Your hair turned out beautifully. The curls are gorgeous and they really held up! Even after sleeping, you could just run a comb through your hair and go. It’s still that pretty. This is one auto curler that I’m actually impressed with 😊 even more so with the price!

The fact you have fine hair and still had to do small sections to not get tangled shows me exactly what I needed to know (thank you! 🙏) --- that this curler is NOT for thick-haired girls with tons of hair 😂

Older versions of this type of iron allow you to take a larger section of hair. I don’t have the patience to take as small of sections as you were doing, but do love the clear shield and button option.

They have a device similar to this already. It curls like that to. Which is quick and awesome. Just put the hair in it and it goes up into the device and curls it. Timer also. Neat how they can have two devices do the same thing but with different shapes. Technology is amazing.

I have various different versions of these auto curlers. Mine is 22 inch extensions and I find the plug in type is the best and the rechargeable has smaller barrel and so struggles with my hairl length. However. Compared to straighteners or a rod curler, I can do my whole head in 20 mins and it lasts all week if I plait it each night. I will never go back to the old style curler. Mine has never tangled, I think your hair is kind of fluffy and that’s causing it to tangle, the texture of my hair with heat protector on this totally stops the tangling. I 100% recommend any of the auto curlers.

Thank you so much for proving my point! This product is a disaster!! I thought it was only me who couldn't operate it, but I see that even you got stuck a couple of times. First of all, it is very hard to stuck your hair inside 4 mm slot. Then, when it starts rolling, it is freaking scary because it pulls the scalp. I had to pull my hair out of this thing every time I used it. It is very difficult to use it at the back AND you can't uplift your roots. At all! Don't waste your $$ guys! Thank you for this video!

I bought something VERY similar to this on Amazon about 4 years ago, I guess, for my then 10-year-old. It really does work. It was her first hair tool, I think, and it really started off her hair styling journey. (She's all about styling her hair these days.) With the clear protective chamber, this would make a perfect first hair tool for little girls. I've never been good with a curling iron, but even I could use that curler. Due its price point, I worry about using it very often due to damage from heat spikes and whatnot, but I bet this Conair would be pretty reliable. I don't need it, but I gotta admit...I want it. 😂

Next time I will pin them for better hold until I've finished the curls. Much better than my manual curling iron. I got this for $102.00 on sale. A great product. I love all your curling videos.

I bought the same curling iron at a good price at Costco 49 $ Cdn at Costco and it also came with a chargeable travelling companion (it makes smaller and tighter curls). My hair is almost exactly as shown on the video so the result is exactly like hers. I searched a video because I wondered if I was using the right technique: I find it a little difficult when doing the back of my head, but it is doable with patience. I would buy again because it gives very good results but it requires more patience than I thought.

I have the old style Curl Secret and although it does what it’s supposed to do, it’s heavy and cumbersome to use. This one seems like a marked improvement. However I have a very thick hair and it takes a lot of time and patience to use due to the limited amount of hair it’s allowed in the chamber.
