It test is not enabled, it means some error. Just recreate the flow from scratch and follow the steps. It will work.

Yes Power Automate works on regular (personal) OneDrive as well. Local drive? No.

I cannot help you without seeing the entire flow. Just start from scratch and go step by step. It will work.

I am not getting the excel columns under dynamic content after writing a function, eg: once add formatdatetime() and move to dynamic content, there are no columns listed for selection, but it exists before writing the function. Could you pls help on this.

It is difficult to troubleshoot remotely. Check the previous step. Better still, create a new flow from scratch and follow instructions.
