yes it is possible to make the same with the hc-sr04 ultrasound sensor without any program and microcontrollers. i already designed that. but the problem is the hc-sr 04 will struggle sometimes which is freezing sometimes because of some hc-sr04 sensors have some defects but not for every hc-sro4. if i publish my hc-sr04 without microcontroller model the guys who build my circuit 30 to 50% of them getting trouble because of the defective sensor. but the most of the people's will think its the problem of my circuit diagram but its not. that is the reason I'm not publishing that here. for this kind of purpose i recommend to use industrial grade sensor that's what i did here. it is very stable and reliable operation. if you want to see the ultrasound hcsr-04 version i already did that with atmega328p (arduino) you can watch that from here : kzbin.info/www/bejne/noPMn5VsjNOGna8 if you want to see the ultrasound hcsr-04 version without microcontroller i will do that video for you. if you wish.just let me know in the comments . and i want to ask something to you brother how did you understand my language malayalam. or are you watched my video with subtitles/cc 😊😊😊

I can't get your question but if you're asking for how could you design circuit's ? Then my answer is Circuit designing is a skill that i learned from years of experience and knowledge in the field of engineering it's not a software driven task thank you.

For pcb layout there is lot more available, in my case i use many of them depending up on the task. Hmmm.... that wouldn't matter you can pick pic one of them from the list below . Express pcb, Eagle , Kicad , Altium , etc thank you.

It's a proximity sensor but industrial grade. it is more stable and error free operation. it doesn't have any false triggering problem on the sunlight or the outdoor light condition. The normal cheap proximity sensor have problems and it is easily Distracted due to other light sources and which is not manufactured for production or product's it's for prototyping and projects. Making a Machine Accuracy, Stability,Reliability, is the most important thing.its not just a video for amaze people but it's a reliable product making for the people. This circuit supports only industrial grade photoelectric sensor that I used in this video or any equivalent. The 5v sensors don't work. It will fire and this circuit is designed for 12v logic. You can use normal cheap proximity sensor on this same circuit but need some changes in the resistance values and don't need some of the components too. If you want to use cheap proximity sensor I will help you to alter the design but I prefer industrial grade photoelectric sensor which is good for both indoor and outdoor light condition and life stability and all. Dear Murali, I design the circuit using TSOP with IR emitting led and signal fed to 555 ic I can adjust the time but only the thing is relay is shuttering and some times give relay noice so set time goes out . can you solve this problem
