Thank you so much for posting this with your phone in direct firing line of Pau. It explains why it is so difficult to cover The Warning accurately. Pau's kick drum shows how subtle she is in changing up each verse to define various phases of a song & the emotion it conveys. You don't need to do superficial drum solos to prove your technical ability. Its all about the composition which separates the virtuosos from the rest. Ist verse - simple 4/4. The fun starts from the 2nd as she mixes up various beats including off beat drumming. And Ale follows her to the tee 🤯 How do they remember all these various permutations & combinations? The Warning rhythm section is comprised of generational talents. And then there are idiots who will say that the girls play simple music because understanding subtle instrumentation is beyond those cretins.

You're entitled to your opinion but I have to disagree. Plush are pretty average tbh (no wonder they haven't played outside the US). Their music isn't bad but it's kinda boring and you can tell by the audience's reaction, which is the total opposite of TW's crowd in every country. Talent is necessary for success, but it's not enough to make it big.
