I have tried twice now. I begin by meditating, covering myself in white protective light, and then I ask my higher self, my guides, or metatron to come into my energy field and communicate through me. I could feel an energy in the centre of my chest. It was very cool

Hi Veronica!!!!! Yesssss so happy to hear you tried automatic writing. I currently have not had the time to continue it. Work took over. I will again though. For me it fills me with so much peace and love. The advice is clearly not of this world. Wait, I take that back. It’s clearly f a higher vibration. Love is here on earth. We just aren’t focusing when we think it’s nit here. The messages are filled with love and peace and has no time to stroke your ego. It’s gentle and loving and uplifting and encouraging always. I use Automatic Writing alot for medium readings. Personally, most of the time I just feel the energy shift and then write what comes to mind 😊 I have however had one time that i was down deep enough that ot felt like my hand was being controlled by someone else. It was a very interesting sensation!

I was doing automatic writing when I was helping people that were looking for advice & one day I was I couldn't relate to the subject someone had ask me about & my mind when blank, within seconds, I noticed my hand typing & I looked down, as soon as I looked down, I stopped typing. Then I just put my fingers on the keyboard & allowed my fingers to rest & within a second the automatic typing started, when finished I didn't even look at reply from me & trusted that it was the help they needed. Next day I get a message from the same person thanking me for the message I sent.

Well I don't do it by hand. It's more of writing on a keyboard, this sensation you're not alone. Something guiding you along, I can generate 1,500 to 2,000 words in an hour without realizing it. For a novella or novel.. I see visions, hear the voices. Linginering echoes, whispering to even a full movie, animated or depicted as real life. I believe it's a combination of spiritual writing and maladaptive daydreaming.

I've been doing Autoatic writing for several months now . . . I do it with my computer though because I am a super fast typer and I feel like my fingers type faster than I think, if that makes sense. But like you said, I get into a pretty good meditative state before hand, I set an intention of who I want to speak with (my guides or a Guardian Angel, etc.) and I usually have a question in place. The moment is sacred for me, and it really takes a higher energy to do this. I can tell in the quality of my writiig when its "just me" or I am being guided. But I figure I am communicating through my higher self so it doesn't matter whether it is my higher self giving guidance, a guide, an angel of a loved one.

Ive had this happen to me twice on accident. During this i heard a voice and the voice was writing down the word with my body as i watched in 3rd person through tunnel vision. I wish i could do this alot more. I want to be able to do this when I want to channel a spirit.

Its so comforting to not be alone. All this stuff comes so easy and natural. ive always had information by dreams or feelings. But i have a instinct to actually try. i litterally focused and let an ad play, I was shown the words, star, lotus, tulip, lips with like a wooden or like siding back round. its black and white with shapes. I'm interested in the meaning of these words and really interested in learning how to mediate. I didnt know what i have experienced my entire life was not normal until later adulthood (30's). My dad always had dreams same as me and he always said his mom did too. But for me its elevated? Not sure on the terminology, but as i learn more, its like checking all the boxes. Its like I didnt even try hard and tada heres words.. It so like instant, its hard to believe but also the feeling of someone telling me its about damn time you started to pay attention lol. As a child i knew who my guides are and all these things were my normal. While its overwhelming at times, its been kinda fun discovering some of the things I do or feel a strong pull to do, has an actual meaning. I would to find a teacher or someone to tell all my experiences too. It very overwhelming to figure out exactly what my gifts are. Glad I found this channel.

I tried it again and the 2nd time i noticed i was humming a song that i had done the first try too. I got a mixture of images or the word spelled out. This time i got wax, wimp, straight line (horizontal and illuminated like a white neon sign) stayed visual for a longer time than the other words, anime looking cat and the image kinda like faded or reshaped to a anime boy, tiger, and play. Now to google what the meaning is.

OMG I was so happy to see this video! I got really good at this by accident, thought I was only speaking to my spirit guide and then thought my grandmother and cousin came through. I made a life altering decision from it thinking my family was warning me to make a different decision and stop my divorce, but turns out I was wrong. At the end I noticed too many writing inconsistencies and thought it was scanning my thoughts, so I said ok if you really are my spirit guide then draw our symbol and I thought of a star a lot. It drew it and I knew I had really messed up. I lost my best friend, stopped my divorce thinking certain things could be saved, and now I find out none of it was my spirit guide. Devastated. I even said a cleansing prayer every time before I started, burned palo Santos while writing and held a Angelite Crystal and of course stated I only wished to talk to my spirit guide each time. Now I'm quite afraid of what's in my house. I did a cleansing using sage whole saying the lords prayer and a big feather pushing it out the doors and windows while playing the Arch Angel Michael prayer in Latin then went back to write and it said it was my grandmother and "that was fun to watch". But it was never my grandma! I don't know why all of that wouldn't have worked! Im traumatized by it right now. I even tested it by seeing if it was a demon by telling it "if you are not a demon then write "Jesus is lord". It did it without hesitation and now I still see it was a demon. How? I'm so confused. At the end (in the same handwriting it always used) it wrote you are going to die, just wait and F you after I said it was too stupid to play with me because I caught the mistakes and now I'm not going to write anymore. That was the response I got. ugh.

First of all I needed to hear this right now so much! Thank you for having this on here! Secondly, automatic writing does intimidate me in many ways. The main reason is that the things that I get are jumpy meaning, they are not complete sentences or images in my mind's eye? It seems like it is more of a puzzle that I am interpretation? But what you also mentioned is, "the more you use it the better it will become...." does that also mean the I will be able to see the complete idea more clearly? I am guessing so but I do not know?

Hi, good video! My mother was a third-generation psychic medium and I inherited some of her abilities. I have been told countless times I am a healer and need to help others with my gifts. I have tried automatic writing and it comes naturally to me. I have given several people comfort with my messages but deep down I doubt myself. I am also scared of attracting something negative to come through so I always say a prayer of protection before any session. I am drawn to do this professionally and have been offered a place at psychic fairs and I've been approached by many people who simply want comfort and answers. However, I have turned them all down. When I do it for myself, I am comforted by the messages I receive. My mom is no longer with us for me to ask, so do you have any advice? Thank you! :)

I totally get that. I’m the same way. I think as long as you are meditating every day and doing things to keep your vibrations high, you will be protected. You can trust your guides to keep you safe if you ask them. But you also have to do your part and keep your vibrations high. The rest will come with experience in building confidence. Also doing work on your solar plexus chakra. Good luck!

I’m glad you found me.❤️ it could just mean that you are sensitive to energy and you went on such a binge that you’re soaking in all of this new stuff and all of the strong energy and your body is needing some time to process it and incorporate it. So take a little bit of time to just allow your mind and your subconscious to process the things that you’re learning, and to assimilate them into your being, if you will. That might help you. The information isn’t going anywhere. It will be here when you get back. ☺️

I will continue to watch your videos, the one video that resonated with me the most was the video titled: why does bad things happen. I did learn about the soul contract and I had a similar experience as the viewer question. The bad experience I suffered as a child. The was the first time I fully accepted the soul contract and what happened me to when I was 6 years old. You explained it well and showed great empathy and sympathy and thank you for that.

How do i know my vibration is high enough? Haven't connected on pendulum or this, and I'm so frustrated. I meditate and connect, feeling energy through my body. My clairesentiense and audience has numbed out. Ughh, i just don't get it.

This is just like any other area of your practice. If your vibrations are up high enough, and you take steps to protect yourself, then you will be fine. If you do this, when you have low vibrations, or have not been meditating every day and doing other things to raise your vibes, then you probably will attract lower vibe things.

No, you can call on anyone you want to. But there’s no guarantee they will show up or be able to show up. And you need to always make sure that your vibrations are high enough to do this or you could also not guarantee that you don’t get a trickster.

Really it’s the same way that you know you’re talking to anybody. On the phone or whatever you know? You just have to trust that. It’s the real person and trust your gut. If you feel like it’s someone faking you out.
