Thank you very myuch for this excellent video. It is such interesting. But I have a question, I want to export a table from access into excel but with some protection setup, to make the file in read mode only and allow filtering and sorting. I will really like your feedback!

Any idea why the email option might be grayed out? There is default mail client selected in windows settings. I've seen other people with the same problems online and there is no fix.

Is there a way to automate the macro outside of Access? For example, I would like a weekly report to be generated without me trigging the event. I want the macro to just save the report into a specific folder on my PC. I wrote a batch script to open Access and passed in the macro parameter for the macro that does the 'report open' and 'outputTo' commands. However, this method only saves the first page of my report, but I have many pages. Thanks

You could use a parameter query to base the report on , that way only one record would run
