Thanks for your video. Is by exporting to XML the only way to see the hierarchy of an assembly? I Tryed to insert a level column in PDM "contains" Tab, through the variable "Level" but with no success. I would like to have an specific column set to sort assembly components by its hierarchy level. You think it can be done without exporting to xml?. Thanks.

Of course - glad to help. Exporting to xml is not the only way to see the hierarchy. Inserting a level column in the contains tree OR in the BOM tab, is probably the easiest way to do that. In the contains tree, be sure to use the “Show All Levels” pull down and not just “Top Level Only”. The. Use the “Table View pull down and select “Treehouse View”
