Great video, was doing this on my own, and was a few steps away, your version much cleaner and has simplified things. Have you had any joy sending the emails out automatically as a follow on step, and then getting them tracked/added to the activity of the deal, I am doing this but its only putting the emails on the contacts, but we work more on the deals. My workaround is just to create an engagement on the deal with the details that the emails were actually sent

Do you happen to have any details on how to access file attachments linked to a single deal?

I'm not sure if this is possible using Zapier. I believe you'd need to build something with HubSpot's API but it might also be quite complicated. There is an option in Zapier for 'Get File Public URL' but that would be a file that was uploaded using a HubSpot form and not a file attached to a deal.
