WARNING: this keyboard malfunctions. Getting a hold of Arturia support is very difficult and they have left me hanging for weeks after sending it in to be fixed. I really wish I had bought something that worked instead of this thing. It really seems like a cool keyboard, but don't be fooled by the video and marketing...it is a barely functioning toy that will not hold up in any kind of professional environment.

If you got a defective unit, exchange it. If you can’t use it professionally, then that’s on you. Mine works great and can be used professionally by me. Don’t undermine my work because you don’t know how to return something broken.

Exactly, if it’s under warranty, send it back to the retailer for exchange. I’ve never had a problem with Arturia, I’ve contacted them many times, mainly with queries regarding soft synth, registrations etc and they’ve always replied very quickly and they are always so friendly.

While I don't know the details of your issue with the keyboard, a quick tip, make sure the power source you use is properly grounded, otherwise, the PBC board can operate other than intended.
