Hi Sandip, You can create the Business rule on the table where that transform Map shows its running status. If status changes to failed then glide transforms Map log table and then gets those failure reasons from that table and creates the task from that record. You need to add one more condition to check the transform Map so that BR will run for that transform map failure only.
