Hi Sir, It is great explanation about the sprint. My question is if the company is introducing automation for first time, but they are using sprint with manual testing. How can they add automation work in the sprint. I think they first need to get the application ready for automation and then add automation work with sprint. Please can you clarify me if I am wrong

In our project automation process is completely different ... eg. after completion of sprint 1 , in sprint 2 we do the automation of sprint 1... and so on

This is completely scrum decision, scrum team can take all decision based on availability. or product need given by finance and delivery manager...
