Sir, in SIL testing, C files are generated only from controller model? And not from plant model? Or, C files are generated from both plant model and control model then it is used for SIL testing ?

In HIL concept the plant cannot be a actual hardware or prototype.it should be the model of plant

That's what I also wanted to point out. Plant model will remain plant model in HIL as well. When you have real plant model and ecu, then it is called Real Real system or Real World System.
