Customs are really cool, cars like the 61 "Bubble Top" Impala are big cars, so they need a little custom, but nothing sweeter than a fully optioned factory Muscle car, like a 70 Chevelle SS, 429 Boss, RAM AIR IV T/A, a Buick GS 455, 63 Split Window Vette..etc Born in 61', I'll never forget the first time a saw a Red 63 Vette come down my street, I was like 9-10 yrs old, the whole car looked so "futuristic", like a spaceship, The part I remember most is the rear of that Vette, the curves, split window, even that young I remember asking my mom, "how do you see out of the back window enough?""😄 A 70 SS Chevelle will always be my dream car, 396 or 454, don't matter. A really nice 72' Chevelle was the closest I got so far. It was a 14 sec street daily driver.
