This car is sold in the United States as the Chevrolet Spark. It is surprising popular in the land of gigantic pick up trucks and SUV's. It does come with a larger more powerful engine.

Wasn’t aware that they sell many of the Spark over in the US. When I was living in the US in 2005/2006 there wasn’t many small cars around at all. Mistbeete gigantic SUV/ Pickups and the smallest ones were live Honda Civic‘s & Co.!

Hi Patrick! Thanks for the great reviews, How quiet on highway speed (120 km/h) is the Opel Karl compared to ex WV Up and Suzuki Ignis, is it better or worse?

+123Ryanist I haven't tested the VW Up, but compared to the Ignis I would reckon that the Karl will be a bit more quiet. Check my video of the new Ignis and compare. Cheers
