I picked this up from an online auction cheap due to what I assumed, was a dented rear panel. I soon found out the real reason it was so cheap... It was horrifically dirty. Contact me on autoshineyoutube@outlook.com

All the times I cleaned and detail my car by vacuuming crumbs and spraying the garden hose on it and calling it clean. I feel quite humbled by your attention to detail and biggest thing of all, removing seats and other trims to get the entire car 100% cleaned, I can safely say, when I get some extra cash, I'm going to at least try to get some equipment and supplies and remove seats, for a more thorough job. Great work man.

Never regret buying that Volvo because not only did it came beautiful but those are very modular vehicles as you could experience by the removal of everything and putting it all back besides the materials they use. This is something that all car manufacturers must do. Nowadays car manufacturers will build them basically not to last and with very poor materials and this is creating much waste on the planet and they must also focus on reuse of materials. For example if the rugs will last like 10 years then these materials should be easy to replace and the old material easy to recycle. Xoxo from Puerto Rico and be blessed 👍🇵🇷

In all seriousness, the strongest stink off this car is depression. People don't realise how paralyzing it can be. You watch your car or your house slowly get into a horrific state (this is an extreme case) and you feel so much shame about it but can't muster the strength to deal with it. Meanwhile, sitting in the middle of this only makes you more depressed and gives you an easy avenue to focus the self-hate. If you know someone suffering depression and just don't know how to help, cleaning their house, even just one room where they can go and feel like they can breathe, can go a long way. Some friends did it for me and it wasn't a cure or anything but I felt better than I had in months afterwards, just sitting in a clean house, not having to step over or around things that just needed to be put away.
@alincocos70764 жыл бұрын
@@ciaranconlon84 I know, I'm there. You want to do something, but can't find the right place for them. And then you let them as they are. Pile other stuff over and over. And then again, you miss the will to do anything. Yes, indeed, I'm there. For me, thyroid and a divorce took the toll out of me. You know what they say: if life gives you lemons, then let someone else to do lemonade. I'm too depressed to do anything.

Another amazing restoration. Sure the car should have plenty more life to it now, Volvos are famous for their longevity. To answer your question: yes, I regretted buying the Nissan Sunny Wagon (for too high a price too) to try and get more boot space for kids stuff as it turned out it had been abused as a builder's van, really, not been driven as a regular family car. Outside wasn't bad but the interior had suffered. More importantly maintenance had been neglected too so the internal engine mechanics weren't up to what they should have been at the mileage. It was a glorious moment when I traded it in for another Citroën Xantia Berline (a car I'd had before) - dark blue, solid and beautiful, drove it for over 5 years without any major glitches. Loved that one!
