Hyundai Kia reliability has deteriorated significantly since they began using cheap Chinese parts. The seating capacity is irrelevant if the van is broke down and won't drive. Seating for 11 is fantastic if you could actually use it. The rear seat has zero legroom so it would only work to babies in car seats. If you installed the middle seat in the 2nd or 3rd row you would completely block access to the rows behind. Using the 4th row further eliminates all storage space. Ford and General Motors sell very reliable 4 and 5 row vans that seat 12 or 15 people. Those vans are wider, taller and longer allowing seating capacity, an aisle to access the rear seats and substantially more legroom as well as ample storage space in the rear with all the seats in use. The Kia van costs more as well.

Enter the car and sit on the seats especially the seats at the back so that we can see how roomy they are. The video leaves one feeling like they haven't gotten the full picture. If you can't make a proper video then don't make one at all. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th row seats seem like they barely have leg room especially the 4th row seats. But if he had sat in them and filmed from those seats we'd have have a better view of the seats. I'd rate this video on a scale of 1 - 10, a 2.
