@@praveenchinnala you are almost right but think practically bro...cost of flex fuel vechiles is on higher side than EVs currently.Its hard to afford right now.consider it as 2nd phase.We must engage to use both 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers EVs instead of fossil fuels vehicles.Let me try to explain we must also install on grid system both home and commercial spaces..It's a renewable energy.so that we can minimize the usage of coal on power generating plants.And also you may get nil power bill for our home..it's like chain reaction.
