very good full process video of 1.6 tdi cayc fuel injector repair.Please may l ask what was the torque load applied to the fuel injector clamp bolts. Did you use new bolts on these clamps ?

i have VW polo Diesel for past 12 yrs, Still runs like charm. Tips to follow 1) Use diesel from COCP as much as possible 2) Use high cetane diesel ( Shell Vpower, Power etc) 3) Get serviced only at Authorised Service center and follow service manual advice on changing parts. Rest assured there will be no problems what so ever.

Very detailed video. Good job. can you check the glow plug checked, since i see the rpm fluctuations. At 7.30 it's turbo actuator and not air mass sensor.

Hi.. Sorry to inform you bro that VW Vento is the better car that Verna.. Problem in Vento car happen with adulterated fuel and bad maintenance. Do proper maintenance and add fuel additive and put premium fuel, this car give no problem..

Honda city:ground clearance is very low, It's diesel engine is boring,although petrol engine is gem,but i like diesel engines because of its torque,build quality and ride quality is good but not enough compare to vento. Verna:its diesel engine is best amongst in its segment,but again ground clearance is very low,rear leg space is less,also ride quality and comfort can not be compare with vento, If you have used German car once in a life,it can not be replaced by a Japanese or by Korean brand.
