@@greymark420 Our ears are naturally drawn to the loudest available source of noise. When you soundproof a car to this degree, whether it be through passive or active means, the wind noise becomes the only sound that stands out at those speeds. The GT already comes with acoustic (double glazed) glass but the wing mirrors will still generate a significant (in comparison to the rest of the noise sources) amount of drag and noise at speed. Having sat in a flying spur recently, I can tell you with certainty that it is ridiculously quiet inside, and this is coming from my own car which has all round soundproofing (roof, doors, wheel arcs & most of the floor) and also the acoustic windows (front windscreen & front side windows). You can basically whisper from the diagonal rear seat and your driver will still be able to hear you clearly. The faster you go when the sound system is on, the more the auto sound-dependent sound adjustment will crank the volume. In cars with active noise cancellation, the ANC is also turned up the higher your speed. I.e. you will not hear much of the wind noise when the stereo is on.

The lack of harsh NVH at over 300kmh is incredible. It’s extremely quiet at any speed. It does 200kmh 8th gear at only 2500rpm. It has short first gears (0-100) and tall final gears: this is the ultimate luxobarge/missile.

Amazing. It's so smooth and quiet, even at 340kmh. When he slows down to 'only' 250kmh it seems like you could get out and walk since everything is so calm in the cabin! It's a _really_ impressive all-day speed machine for covering long distances very quickly and calmly. Perhaps the very best GT car ever made at not an insane price.

This and the Bentley Flying Spur, two hell of a luxury cruisers on the autobahn. That sedan does 340+ km/h FFS :D Love your videos on it from 3 years ago. Absolute dream car(s) to me - refined luxury, superb NVH dampening at high speeds, floating over bumps with ease, stability at all speeds. I dont get the "sporty" approach of other manufacturers calling it luxury. THIS is what luxury shall mean. Just watch that end part where car goes 200km/h in a _sport_ setting, in 7th gear out of 8, "idling" at 3000rpm, dead silence, sunset, solitude :) So awesome.

No wheel spin at 344..he passed a car, which creates a low pressure system..allowing the Bimmer a second to sort of drive in a vacuum momentarily; It then ran up an extra 3 kmh..kind of like drafting in NASCAR..

It actually feels very unspectacular. If you want driving fun you have to get an M4, Porsche 911, R8 etc. Have driven a Bentley W12 and the acceleration doesn't feel any stronger than in a BMW 530D or E Class 300D

The Bentley - The Best Performer I have seen in uTube on the Autobahn. Very good with its W12 BiTurbo power and its weight of nearly 2.5 Ton it sits down where most other cars tend to flutter around at over 250 Kph or 155 mph. As a matter of fact even the Volkswagen Jetta flutters at 80 mph - I'd shudder to think how it would handle when it is flat out at maybe 200 kph

Had a 2007 gt speed for about eight years now, did a little rolling start next to my lads C63 with performance pack and he destroyed the Bentley. It was that bad he actually thought i was messing around. Took the car into Bentley solutions and was told the boost sensors weren't working. Engine out and loads of new parts later and it's flying, even my lad thinks the C63 wouldn't have a chance now.
