It’s because car manufacturers generally don’t have access to the best microchips and the best screen suppliers unlike a smartphone company. They also don’t have the best software engineers for the interface so that should explains it. If a high end technology company made a car, it would be expensive, it would take years to fully make and it probably wouldn’t be that good overall apart from having the best of the best technology inside.

This is likely the result of it being a press/ demo vehicle or general neglect. I have extensive experience with Mercedes coupes/ convertibles (A207, A217, A238...). None of my frameless windows rattle or negatively impact sound proofing at speed. They *do* require special care. You should not hold the window to close the door nor lean on it in any way (I place my fingers on the chrome trim at the door shell's upper limit and push there). It is also important to lubricate the rubber sill and weather strip that form the "virtual B pillar", particularly in colder weather. Needless to say, most people don't care.

The problem is that you cannot tune an electric engine. It has a fixed amount of Watt which directly translates to HP. You can "unlock" more torque if required, but that is something electric vehicles usually do not lack in the first place. So to get an AMG or Brabus version, they will have to swap the electric engines, might add a 2 or 3 gear transmission and other modifications in order to achieve a sportier car.
