Was this app limited to the GPT dste cut-off (currently Sep 2021) when returning results for the cool spots around your destination? I wonder if they're using a web sesrch plugin. Also should we be concerned that this app needs to be sideloaded? (Miri-app have other apps published on Google Play including those that use GPT, so this is puzzling...)

Potential solution: 1.Go to your Android Auto app from the phone (settings) 2.Scroll down until you see “Version” Tap the “Version” 10 times to enable developer mode 3.Press the hamburger menu / three dots in the top right and press “Developer Settings” 4.Scroll down until you see “Unknown Sources” 5.Check this option 6.Reboot the device Now the app should show up in the app list.
