It's officially pumpkin season for me - yes, it could not start before the end of October in my books. I'm starting it with cozy autumnal recipes, and this time I wanted to share my take on cinnamon rolls, or a Swedish kanelbullar inspired cardamom buns - with delicious spiced pumpkin jam. Is there anything more autumnal than this?

I'm going to make these using Canned Pure Pumkin Puree and the Added Spices. Brushing the Dough with Butter, the Rolling Up. Should come out just as Good as using the real Pumpkin without all that Work. Beautiful Video!!

Oh that’s absolutely great, using canned pumpkin would work just as well and much faster! 😊 It’s not always available where I live, but pumpkins always are, so have to work around that. Hope it turns out well!

i really wanna make this! but i’m a bit confused on how to simmer the jam. i understand the ingredients however i don’t understand how to cook simmer until the pumpkin is soft? then add the butter?
