Personally I love this series but I was just thinking if I was fairly new to this sport would I be confused with how many changes was made by Danny rig changes bait changes and information to process I get it and why he had to constantly make these changes but It was just a observation they certainly know how to catch them so fair play . Great video. But how long are the carp left in the sling. Caught in pitch black and then filmed in quite bright daylight and trakker say only retain fish for 30 mins maximum. I know they are retained for the filming but people will understand that fish can’t be retained until better light conditions

First of all: thanks a lot for an overall great masterclass-series. The quality provided here, is amazing. I just love it. What I still would like to emphasize and where I would appreciate a feedback... don’t you think a running lead clip is too dangerous for the fish? It tends to be a death rig in case it gets caught under water by a tree or so...! You mention you use it because it is free there, but still you never really know. I would love to get a feedback and know, why you are not fishing your real running rigs you offer in the Korda range. Thanks.

If the line snaps the lead will just run off the line, plus if a normal fixed lead clip snags it drops the lead.

@@ktmbikes9227 I gave it a try with a used anti tangle tube, which had some silt/sand in it. The snapped line got caught in the anti tangle tube. By further pulling, the anti tangle tube and the tail rubber get more tightened on the lead clip, thus, this ain’t a safety rig anymore. Just give it a try. It might only occur in 1/20 cases or so, but there are better semi fixed rigs, which are definitely save for the fish.

This is a masterclass. So it’s fair to introduce different setups. I am fishing between 4 and 5 different setups as well in the endtackle-area, depending on the situation down at the lake. I haven’t been carp fishing for 6 or 7 years and it again took me a year to get familiar with the latest trends and developments. That is, what I love about our passion. You can even catch good with a standard rig, but to maximize your edge, you can tweak and tweak and tweak. This is the beautiful thing about it, costly too, though, but still beautiful.

You just pull off the shrink and put more on :) Its a fantastic Rig I have nailed 33 fish on it and dropped 1, so its pretty good :)

Am I the only missing the usual chemistry between Danny and pecky .... its like they don't know each other in this master class.. im a big fan of master class and both of these anglers. The content was first class. Just felt a little bit flat as they usually have the radio chat and banter between them when their on the same lakes. It just feels like theirs something wrong between them compared to other things they've done. Just a personal opinion. Other then this a first class production. And a great master class series.

Look at John Baker Baits videos on KZbin he is aa master bait maker who sales the products to make your own six eggs a bag of one of his mixes and a couple of flours and you will be able to make a lot of bait for the money and its yours to pick what you want to make that's my plan going forward. about a hour of your time does a decent batch.

sweet corn I think if you use sweetcorn only its so cheap to do I think the tins are better then the frozen bags but the frozen bags are cheaper, test it put a side any bait you have just get the corn with fake corn or a little yellow one over it they don't know there being fished for game changer.

Tjs la même histoire depuis 15 ans avec les premiéres vidéos de l'étang de l'abbaye prés de compiegne... Des plans d'eaux gavés de carpes à 1tone l'hectare et nourrit toute l'année pour atteindre des poids records ! Qui plus est...des spots entretenus des semaines à l'avance pour faire des vidéos. C'est marrant on les vois jamais faire des vidéos dans des plans d'eau sauvage... tjs du privé. De l''entrée gratuite avec un un coup de pub au passage.... Arréter de nous prendre pour des naifs..

Wide gape size 8 the best korda product for me. Rarely lose em. But then i dont cast in dangerous snag situations. Deliberately risking tethering aint for me or my scaley pals. Farce prevention is key not buying kordas latest hook or whatnot. And its possible to still catch on pop ups without a swivel on yer hook !
